The project focuses on targeted molecular diagnostic biomarkers that identify aggressive breast and colorectal cancers months before traditional radiology reveals visible masses.
By establishing open-access localized cancer genomic registries, the study seeks to optimize drug dosing and avoid unnecessary toxicity in elderly patients undergoing chemotherapy.
Findings from the initial pilot phase are scheduled to be published in peer-reviewed oncological journals in late 2025.
